Fansipan or Fan Si Pan is a mountain in Vietnam, the highest in Indochina, at 3 143 m. It is located in the Lào Cai province in Northwest Vietnam, 9 km southwest of Sa Pa Township in the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range. Fansipan is dubbed "the Roof of Indochina"; it is to be approved as one of the very few ecotourist spots of Vietnam, with about 2,024 floral varieties and 327 faunal species. Night 1 : Hanoi - Laocai (Overnight on the train) Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at 21:15 PM to get to Laocai Station. Sleep on the train. Day 1: Sapa trek – 2,700 m of altitude Day 2: 2,700 m – Fansipan peak - Sapa - Hanoi (sleep on the train) Have breakfast then a hard climb heads up to the top the summit. At the top you will be the vanquisher. Take your time to enjoy yourself, take pictures and your lunch then descend the same way or take another way to go down to the foot of the mountain and take a jeep back to Sapa town, bus transfer to Lao Cai Railway Station, have dinner then take the night train back Hanoi.
